New at the Kelterhocketse 2024: vegan lentil bolognese. Naturally, it was thoroughly tested first.
At the Kelterhocketse (our autumn festival at the old wine press) there is something completely new this year: vegan lentil bolognese. Before we serve it to you, it naturally had to go through the test kitchen first.
Cooked, seasoned, each portion weighed out to the gram – and then the taster’s verdict. His face shows how it turned out. We think the lentil bolo is ready for the old wine press.
