A warm welcome to the homepage of the Musikverein Bissingen an der Teck e.V.
The music club introduces itself: the Main Band, lessons and how you can join in.
For many years the club’s Main Band has taken part in adjudicated concerts in the upper grade, with very good results. In 2006 the orchestra was named Baden-Württemberg state winner in the upper grade in Villingen-Schwenningen.
In 2007 the orchestra took second place in the international CISM competition in Würzburg, making it national runner-up in the upper grade. In 2010 the orchestra was again named Baden-Württemberg state winner in the upper grade, in Metzingen.
The club runs its own music lessons with professional teachers. For the “little ones” there are recorder groups. Instrument lessons for children and young people are given one to one, along with playing together in the Youth Band. You can find more information under Lessons and Youth Band.
The Main Band would welcome new players in every section, but above all clarinets, horns, euphoniums and trumpets. More players are always welcome. Would you like to get to know us? Come to one of our rehearsals in our rehearsal room, the “Farrenstall”, Pfarrstraße 16 in Bissingen an der Teck. We always rehearse on Fridays from 20:00 to 22:00 – or get in touch with our board.
You can also meet us at one of our performances; you will find the dates on this homepage, in the local press or on Facebook. In addition, the contact people for every role in the club can be reached by e-mail. We look forward to your feedback.
