We train our young musicians ourselves — from the recorder, from about the age of five, to instrument lessons on every orchestral instrument.

How our lessons work

Ninety per cent of the music club’s lessons are one-to-one. The club sets great store by the very high quality of its teachers and by keeping music lessons affordable. Two goals that are hard to achieve and, naturally, only partly compatible with each other. That is exactly why we are proud to offer the same musical standard as the music schools round about, on better terms.

It is not only children and teenagers who can learn an instrument – you can start even later in life. The main thing is to enjoy the instrument and the music. And for that it is never too late!

Later on, it is also possible to take the D courses of the Blasmusikverband Esslingen. There are three levels of qualification. They build up the musical ability of our young musicians and cover both music theory and practical skills on a wind instrument, in a simple and easy-to-follow way. Particularly gifted musicians can go on through further qualifications, all the way to training as a conductor.
